Quality Control
Knitting Fabric Quality Control
Raw Material Inspection
Inspect all incoming raw materials (such as yarns, dyes, etc.) to ensure they meet specifications and avoid using substandard materials in production.
Knitting Structure Check
Examine the uniformity of the knitting structure, ensuring the consistency of stitch specifications, density, and shape, to prevent structural defects or uneven knitting textures.
Color and Dye Consistency
Strictly monitor the dyeing process, checking for uniformity and color fastness, ensuring the fabric’s color is consistent and meets customer requirements. Perform color difference tests to avoid discrepancies between batches.
Size and Repeatability Check
Regularly check the dimensions of the knitted fabric, ensuring the width and length meet design requirements. Test the fabric's elasticity to prevent excessive or insufficient stretching.
Strength and Durability Testing
Conduct tensile strength, tear strength, and abrasion resistance tests to ensure the fabric is durable and can withstand long-term use without damage.
Shrinkage and Recovery Testing
Test the fabric for shrinkage during washing to ensure dimensional stability. Also, check the fabric's recovery ability to guarantee comfort and maintain its shape.
Environmental and Safety Standards Check
Ensure that all production processes comply with environmental standards, using non-toxic dyes and chemicals. Verify that the fabric meets safety certifications to ensure the product is safe for consumer health.
