Knitted fabric is a structure with an elastic porous fabric made by interlocking yarns with needles. Knitted fabrics are faster, easier and relatively less expensive to manufacture than woven fabrics.

The fabric is knitting with yarn to form loops in each layer of the fabric. Knitting machines use many needles to form loops of yarn loops.

Knitted fabrics are generally lightweight and comfortable even for travel or everyday wear, with little attention to whether the fabric is wrinkled. The reason knitwear is more wrinkle-resistant is another factor in its popularity.

Knitted fabrics are mostly used to design sports apparel such as sportswear, their elastic properties allow for physical activity while maintaining comfort.

What is differences in knitting machinery?

Weft knitted or weft knitted fabrics consist of a single yarn which is feed into the needles of a knitting machine in the horizontal direction.

Circular knitting machines create a spiral effect when producing fabrics in tabular form. Due to this helical nature, it is often difficult for the wales and wales of knitted fabrics to form a perfect 90-degree angle match.

There are three general machines for knitted fabrics =>circular knitting, warp knitting and weft knitting, each method produces many types of knitted fabrics.
