Jacquard Spacer Fabric(Spacer Mesh)

Jacquard spacer fabric is a type of three-layered fabric made using circular knitting and jacquard knitting techniques. The top and bottom layers are knitted with processed DTY or FDY yarn, while the middle layer is made using either DTY or monofilament yarn. This middle layer can be adjusted to achieve the desired thickness and can also contain elastic fibers to provide the necessary tensile strength and stretch.

The fabric is commonly made using black yarn and is often used in the production of protective gear and bags. Computer graphics can be used to create intricate patterns or mesh designs on the surface of the fabric.
