TPU Fabric

The traditional TPU fabrics are all TPU lamination fabrics, that is, two or more are combined with a film and fabric to obtain a new product.

TPU is thermoplastic polyurethane, which is a linear block copolymer composed of oligomer polyol soft segment and diisocyanate-chain extender hard segment.
TPU yarn used by our company is directly made of TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane Elastomer) fibers, and then knitting to produce fabrics can improve the strength of circular knitted fabrics, and can also be re-thermoplasticized fabrics.

TPU yarn can be matched with computer jacquard machine, so that the fabric has high wear resistance and high strength on the jacquard fabric.
TPU fiber fabrics have various processing methods that can be melted, thermoplastic, and pressed.
The fabric produced by TPU hot-melt yarn can be processed by high-frequency processing or flat-plate hot pressing. It can be printed with LOGO or have a calendered leather effect on the fabric. It has a variety of processing methods, and TPU can increase the physical properties of the fabric. , has good wear resistance and does not let the extension disappear.
