Product Introduction

Using natural bamboo as raw material, bamboo cellulose is extracted and synthesized by polymerization; It does not contain any chemical additives. It is a natural fiber and can be naturally decomposed by biology. It is a completely environmentally friendly fiber in essence.

Bamboo fiber is divided into primary bamboo fiber and regenerated bamboo fiber. Both of them are regenerated cellulose fibers made from bamboo by special high-tech process, extracting the cellulose from bamboo, and then spinning. Because the growth environment of bamboo does not need to use chemical fertilizer, and it can produce negative ions and insect prevention and antibacterial functions, it has no diseases and pests in the growth process and is free from pesticide pollution.

The advantages of bamboo fiber fabric are:

1. Antibacterial function. When the same number of bacteria are observed under the microscope, the bacteria will multiply in cotton and wood fiber products, while the bacteria in bamboo fiber products will be killed by about 75% in 24 hours.

2. With the function of moisture absorption and moisture removal, the cross-section of bamboo fiber is concave-convex and deformed, which is dissatisfied with the oval pores and is highly hollow. It has capillary effect and can absorb and evaporate water in an instant.

3. Deodorization and adsorption function. The ultra-fine pore structure inside the bamboo fiber can make it have strong adsorption capacity, absorb benzene, toluene, formaldehyde, ammonia, and other harmful environmental substances in the air, and eliminate bad smell.

4. It has anti-ultraviolet function. The ultraviolet penetration rate of cotton is 25%, and that of bamboo fiber is less than 0.6%. Its anti-ultraviolet ability is 41.7 times that of cotton.

5. Environmental protection value. Today, when energy conservation and environmental protection are advocated, the green environmental protection role of bamboo is becoming increasingly prominent. Bamboo can grow 3 feet high overnight, can grow and renew quickly, and can be used sustainably. To a great extent, it can alleviate the resource shortage of wood and cotton. Bamboo fiber textiles are biodegradable materials, which can be completely degraded by microorganisms and sunlight in the soil. This decomposition process will not cause any environmental pollution.
